Alex is an experienced executive, team and organisational coach, with an MSc in Psychological Coaching. Over the last 15 years, he has supported CEOs, senior managers, and teams both in the UK and internationally. He is also Founder of Lattitude Consultancy, helping organisations improve business performance, increase wellbeing at work and accelerate change.

His approach combines an outcome-orientated focus with a deeper developmental perspective, to produce transformational results. He utilises insights from a range of different fields of psychology and systemic thinking, applying them in a practical way to a business environment.
